• Provide the food for your cats stay and save 50c per day per cat.

• ALL cats must be vaccinated; NO cat will be accepted unless proof of current vaccination is produced upon arrival.
• ALL medicines will be administered as prescribed by a Veterinarian. An extra $2 per day will be charged if medicines are administered by Injection.
• We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booking if cat/s are collected prior to the arranged departure date.
• A $25 after hours fee will apply for arrivals and departures made outside our hours
• Boarding fees are charged per day booked including days of arrival and departure.
• Payment must be made at time of departure by cash, cheque or Eftpos. We may request a deposit for long term stays, payable on arrival.
• At the discretion of management, should the need arise your cat/s will be transported to or a veterinarian will be contacted at the owner’s expense.
• It is recommended that your cat/s have regular flea and worm treatments, we reserve the right to treat your cats if necessary at owners expense.
• Your authority must be given to release your cat/s to another party.
• A $50 deposit is required to secure a Christmas booking, and is NON-REFUNDABLE after the 1st December.
• Full care and attention is given to every cat in our care, However we do not accept any liability for illness, disease, accident or death of any cat.
• Cattery Hours: Sun – Fri 8:30-11:00am & 4:00-6:00pm Sat – 8:30-11:00am & 4:00-5:30pm Excluding Christmas & New Years Day  *Please note a $25.00 fee will be charged should you arrive after hours
• We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your booking, however As “no shows” and cancellations impact our business, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish cancel your booking. If insufficient notice (less than 24 hrs) is given a $25.00 cancellation fee will be incurred and “no shows” will be charged at full price.  An invoice will be sent via post or emailed to you and payment will be expected within 10 days.
